DP-36 is a polymeric surfactant made by controlled free-radical polymerisation. Its backbone is a hydrophobic polyelectrolyte with a regular ABA structure, which gives steric adsorption, solvating-chain effects and electrostatic repulsion at the particle surface.

DP-36 is used in WDG, DF, SC and WP processing, and has documented work with emamectin benzoate, difenoconazole, acetamiprid, pymetrozine and thiamethoxam. It is particularly suited to highly hydrophobic technical materials.

The product is a powder: use closed operations with local exhaust ventilation, wear a dust respirator, goggles and gloves, and reseal partly used bags to prevent moisture pickup. Run a compatibility test before scaling up. Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse away from ignition sources, and avoid prolonged storage below 0 °C. Shelf life is 2 years; material past that date may still be used if testing confirms it meets specification.
