XY-410 is a powder suspending agent that works across a broad pH range. Its thixotropy and pseudoplasticity raise product stability and spreadability, and it is particularly suited to suspending supersaturated water-soluble powders such as water-soluble fertilisers and pesticides.

At rest the product builds high viscosity in the system, creating suspending action and substantial resistance to settling. Under shear the viscosity falls rapidly, so the formulation still pours, sprays and levels. The agent is resistant to acid and salt.

Use 0.3%-0.8% of the total product weight, in water-soluble fertilisers, pesticide suspensions and other aqueous systems.
Store dry. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture; material past that date must be tested and verified before use.
